Under music, she is available to facilitate clients in matters dealing with talent agreements (musicians, composers), producer agreements, management agreements, record labels and music industry negotiation. For sports, Ms. Burress is available to advise clients in contract negotiation, disciplinary matters, grievances and appeals, and endorsement contracts.
Her work as an attorney and law clerk has included research and trial preparation on a wide range of personal injury, family law issues, construction litigation, social security disability, insurance, IRS tax disputes, asbestos injuries, and medical malpractice. Ms. Burress previously worked at Podvey Meanor; Burns, White & Hickton and Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. She completed an externship with the Honorable Chief Judge Donetta Ambrose of the U.S. District Court of Western Pennsylvania. Tiffany currently works for Dario, Yacker, Suarez & Albert LLC.
Ms. Burress and her husband Plaxico Burress have two young children. Tiffany is the owner and creator of Joiful Maternity. During her pregnancies, she realized the need for an affordable, sexy and stylish brand that can be worn before, during and after pregnancy. Her understanding of the needs of modern women and her passion for fashion has now culminated into her Joiful Maternity brand.
Tiffany holds a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University. Ms. Burress is currently a distinguished member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Bergen County Bar Association and the Passaic County Bar Association. During law school, Ms. Burress was a member of the Trial Moot Court, Women’s Law Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and completed a study abroad law program in China. While in college she was named to the Dean’s List six times, inducted into the National Honor Society and Golden Key National Honor Society, won the Academic Athletic Award for PSU's track team four years in a row, was Student Athlete of the Week for KDKA, and scored in the Big Ten Championship for Track and Field each of the four years she competed. In high school, she was awards the Tri-Athlete Award and was voted Homecoming Queen. In 2010 Tiffany was chosen as a Distinguished Alumni for Valley High School where she was presented with the House of Representative’s Citation from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for outstanding achievements.
